FCI top Group D

NEW DELHI, May 22: Food Corporation of India Hq whipped Indian Airlines 3-0 to top Group D in the DSA Institutional Football League at the Ambedkar Stadium. At half time, FCI led by a lone goal scored by Raymond Perriera.

On the change of ends, Sushil made it 2-0 in the 33rd minute while striker Nageshwar Rao completed the tally in the 36th minute. FCI Hq collected 15 points from five matches while IA have six points from five outings.

Earlier, Ram Gopal netted the winner for Bank of India against Delhi Transport Undertaking. Pradeep Vohraalso scored for DTC. BOI8217;s Shyam Kumar equalised in the 21st minute.
