Jagmohan Dalmiya hit back here with a 8220;fake allegations8221; quote. Dalmiya8217;s fight is on two fronts now: the FIR and the hearing in the court on the BCCI8217;s appeal to dismiss the stay on the show-cause that had been issued to him. The Calcutta High Court today admitted the appeal of the BCCI against the stay granted by a city civil court on the show-cause issued to Dalmiya over the PILCOM issue. The matter will be heard tomorrow, while SS Ray will try to defend the stay on Dalmiya8217;s behalf. He expressed 8220;surprise8221; that the Board lodged the FIR while the matter was 8220;sub-judice8221;. 8220;The present BCCI management has a single point agenda, to malign me,8221; he said.
