FEBRUARY 3: Look hard among the sleek suits, the svelte women, the smooth guns, the to-die-far stunts and the exotic locations in the latest James Bond extravaganza The World is Not Enough and you will find costumes by the Boys’, Mumbai-based designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.

Not surprisingly, the duo are thrilled. Khosla has not seen the film, but Jani has. He said, “Marceau looks spectacular. She is very exotic looking as she is half Turkish and half European. And since the other girl (played by Denise Richards) wears only army style apparel, our clothes really stand out.”

Looks like Marceau too thinks so, because she later dropped into Also to pick outfits for her personal use. “Though we did not meet her during the shooting of the film, we did meet her later when she came to the store. She is very elegant and knows exactly what she wants,” says Jani. The duo are now yearning to return to London to see their clothes on display in the Bond Museum, where all costumes that havefeatured in Bond films are stored, including the capes worn by Grace Jones in A View to a Kill.
