NEW DELHI, March 4: The Election Commission will issue the "due Constitution notification" of the 12th Lok Sabha on March 12 for formation of the new House, it was officially announced today.

A commission spokesman said the notification would be issued under section 73 of the Representation of People Act, 1951.
