NEW DELHI, May 18: Central Secretariat and Food Corporation of India (HQ) scored easy victories in the DSA-OBC Institutional Football League championship at the Ambedkar Stadium here today.In a group 1 match, Central Secretariat beat Engineers India Limited 4-0 after leading 2-0 at the interval. Incidentally, this was second successive loss of EIL. For winners, Rajesh Sundriyal, Ravinder Valida, Dalip Bhandari and S.K. Biswas struck.In a group 3 encounter, FCI prevailed over Indian Airlines 5-1. By the interval the winners had taken a 2-0 lead and on changing ends struck three while they allowed their rivals to pull one back. The highlight of FCI game was a fine hat-trick by Dinesh Rawat who struck the last three goals.
