CHANDIGARH, Sept 28: The six-month extension granted to Punjab Police chief P C Dogra was challenged by ADGP Security Sarabjit Singh in the Central Administrative Tribunal CAT here today.
The petition challenging the present extension beyond September 30, when the term of DGP Dogra ends, is expected to be taken up by CAT tomorrow.
Dogra had retired on April 30, but was granted extension for six months by the state government. The second extension has been ordered by the Central government.
