CHANDIGARH, May 5: The students of Department of Correspondence staged protest amidst high drama when the examination forms of reappear subjects they were supposed to submit today were not accepted at the Punjab University, here today.
According to the students who got together after their forms were rejected, Panjab University, here authorities had given May 5 as the date to submit examination forms to the students who had their reappear8217; in subjects. A decision to give a second chance to the students had been taken in a syndicate meeting last month. However, when the students brought the forms today, these were not accepted.
A student on condition of anonymity said, quot;We have talked to the controller of examination and he says that the forms cannot be accepted till a written conformation from the syndicate is sent to the departmentquot;.
