SALEM, Aug. 11: The Tamil Nadu Civil Services Association has called upon the government to continue the Revenue Divisional Offices (RDOs) in order to expedite administrative and development works. It has also said that it was imperative that there should be a controlling officer between the District Collector and the Tahsildar so that administrative and developmental could be speeded up.
