CHANDIGARH, Feb 5: Chatwinder Singh, a trainee of Chandigarh Lawn Tennis Association CLTA, beat V Vignesh of Andhra Pradesh 6-3, 6-2, to win the boys title in the AITA Open Tennis tournament held at Trivandrum. According to information received here, Chatwider, had earlier also won AITA title at Guwahati.
