PUNE, July 29: Pune-based builders, J M J Developers Pvt Ltd have filed a criminal case here against Shrirampur Police Inspector Prakash Munde, lawyer Dinakar Tribhuvan and others, charging them of misusing their powers and defaming the builders.
The owner and manager of the construction firm were recently arrested by the Shrirampur police, acting on a complaint lodged by Tribhuvan. The developers have refuted all the charges levelled by the lawyer against them.
