JAMSHEDPUR, Feb 10: BJP general secretary K N Govindacharya today described AS an “aberration” the party’s poll alliance with the AIADMK in Tamil Nadu.Talking to reporters here, he said BJP had two aberrations – the unwanted induction in Uttar Pradesh Cabinet and poll alliance with Jayalalitha led AIADMK in Tamil Nadu. But both the decisions, he said, were taken for “self-defence”. If BJP failed to get majority, then parties of Mulayam Singh Yadav, Laloo Prasad Yadav and Jyoti Basu would form coalition under Sonia Gandhi, he said. Despite poll alliance with parties having different views, BJP would not compromise with its principles should the party voted to power.
