With their seniors not going for proper distribution of work ever since they were sworn in, the BJP Ministers of State in the Mayawati Government will raise the issue with the Central leaders in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Nearly 20 Ministers of State, attached with their senior BJP counterparts, don’t even know what they are supposed to do even 10 months after the formation of the coalition government on May 3. ‘‘This is an open session and everybody is free to raise any issue,’’ says state BJP chief Vinay Katiyar.

With the season of transfers (June-July) fast approaching, the MoS could not have found a better time to voice their grievances, party sources say.

‘‘We go to office every day without knowing our administrative limits. There have been many cases, in which, our senior counterparts have changed the orders passed by us. We only demand that we should clearly know our limits,’’ said a MoS on condition of anonymity.

While a section of legislators, who have their loyalties with Urban Development Minister Lalji Tandon, will not utter a word against the coalition, a majority of them who are divided in camps of Rajnath Singh and Vinay Katiyar are expected to speak out.

The rebellion within the BJP camp in November last year had been an outcome of Tandon’s emergence as a ‘‘super minister’’. After the open session, BJP would go for an exercise to hear the grievances of workers, much on the lines of Sonia Gandhi’s special session with block presidents.

‘‘From April 6-20, we will hold Assembly-wise special sessions, involving workers down to the polling booth level, and then hold special training camps,’’ Katiyar said.
