Health Minister Dr Rajeev Bindal today accused the previous Congress government of neglecting industrial development in the state.
Bindal claimed that Congress government in HP did not persuade the Centre for the extension of the industrial package, leading to the loss of Rs 20,000 crore as investment in the state.
