CHANDIGARH, June 15: Former Congress MP from city, Pawan Kumar Bansal today criticised the Shiromani Akali Dal for its demand seeking immediate transfer of Chandigarh to Punjab. In a release here, he said SAD-BJP combine government in Punjab and the Union government was befooling the people by giving contradictory statements on the status of Chandigarh.
