PUNE, Sept 22: Reacting to the incident in which a teenage girl was allegedly abducted and gangraped by three automen, various unions of autorickshaw drivers have demanded that the suspected abductors be stripped of their driving licenses and badges.

Meanwhile, the Yerawada police have arrested one more automan in connection with the incident. The Pune Shahar Autorickshaw Federation president Vasant Pashte and Vidyarthi Vahtuk Rickshaw Chalkanchi Sanghatana president Rajendra Bhave have urged the authorities to suspend the permits of the autorickshaw drivers allegedly involved in the crime.

Bharat Harishchandra Gore, a 23 Vijay Shankar Vanjare (27) and Rajesh Prakash Ingewar (18) were arrested for their suspected involvement in the crime.
