Assembly poll list not final yetarma

In Mumbai, the three seats will be contested by Jaywantiben Mehta Mumbai South, Kirit Somaiya Mumbai North East, and Ram Naik, Mumbai North. The Jalna seat, where Uttamsing Pawar was expected to be fielded, is yet to be decided.

Of the 13 Assembly seats in Mumbai, two remain undecided. One is the Mulund Assembly seat which is being held By Kirit Somaiya.Since Somiaya will be contesting the LS poll, the party will have to decide on a new name. The other is the Chinchpokli seat, which the BJP8217;s Chandrakant Jagtap lost in 1995 to Fayyaz Ahmed of the JD. The ratification by the central committee for the names recommended by the state committee is yet to be received from Delhi.

Of the other names, recommended by the state committee only three are replaced by new names in Khetwadi, Mohan Raichura will be replaced by Atul Shah, Deepak Padwal will replace Jayshree Nayak in Bandra, and Jayprakash Thakur will replace Madhav Marathe in Kandivali.

Mangal Prabhat Lodha Malabar Hill, Raj Purohit Mumbadevi, Hemendra Mehta Borivali, Prakash Mehta Ghatkopar, Chandrakanta Goyal Matunga, Abhiram Singh Santacruz, Datta Rane Sewri, Pramod Shirwalkar Chembur are the others.
