Itanagar, Nov 19: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Mukut Mithi has urged the Centre to relax the existing funding norms of Centrally-sponsored schemes under agriculture related projects.Mithi said the present norms of funding projects on equal share by both the Centre and the state, particularly under important sectors like agriculture, made the state unable to take up feasible projects.He said this while addressing a valedictory function of state-level training programme on command area development programme with special emphasis on crops importance at Namsai in Lohit district yesterday, where about 80 officers of irrigation and flood control department from all over the state participated.
