PUNE, Feb 21: Arnav Jain, Keshavan Narsimhan, Vikrant Sane, Pratim Parekh, Kedar Shah, Moneeza Siddiqui, Kartiki Bhatt, Megha Vakharia and Noopur Desai have been top seeded in their respective age groups at the Hero Honda-MSLTA Junior State Tennis Masters tournament which will get underway at the PYC Gymkhana courts tomorrow.

jain, Narsimhan, Parekh, Siddiqui and Vakharia are from Mumbai, while Sane, Shah, Bhatt and Desai will spearhead the Pune challenge.

Over 150 top juniors of the state will be seen in action in the first edition of this week long event. The tournament will be conducted in the (boys and girls) Under-10, U-12, U-14, U-16 and U-18 categories.

The tournament will serve as a platform for the annual junior rankings which will be announced at the end of the week long tourney.

The tournament will be inaugurated by the hands of JG Pendse, Commissioner of Income Tax, Pune, while Shashi Vaidya, chairman of PYC Gymkhana will preside over.
