I hate waking up in the morning, but with the 24215;7 schedules and a flatter world, sleep is turning into a rare, enviable luxury. So when my alarm clock goes off, I desperately find ways to snooze or shut it. If waking up is as difficult for you or turning off the alarm clock an easy task, the following three alarm clocks should be just right to haul you off your comfort zone.
Flying alarm clock: Available for US 24.99 on Thinkgeek.com8212;I also came across cheaper Chinese imports for about Rs 500 in Delhi8217;s markets8212;this alarm clock will really, truly wake you up. A loud shriek coupled with a propellor that flies off assures that you get off the bed. For, attached to the propellor is the key that will turn off the shrieking alarm, and you will be left with no option but to move around the room, rubbing your eyes and looking for the key. Seven alarm clock: Not available for sale, this alarm clock should be out in the international markets any time now. This is an alarm clock that refuses to take no for an answer. Like most of the new generation alarm clocks, it has a good LCD and a built-in MP3 player. It allows you to wake up to your favourite song, but how it does so is unique. It has a built-in motion detector that senses if you have woken up and moved away from the bed. If you haven8217;t, it keeps raising the volume till you are forced to wake up. This is one gadget I would love to get my hands on. For details, go to tinyurl.com/2qeadm
