PATIALA, May 13: The Congress party received a boost here today when a former executive member of the youth wing of Shriomani Akali Dal Amritsar Hardev Singh Bhangu joined the party.
Bhangu joined the party during a function organised by the Congress. Those present on this occasion incluided: Lal Singh, PPCC vice president; K. K. Sharma, PPCC organising secretary; Kabir Dass, former MC and PPCC executive member.
