Condemning the UPA government for filing an affidavit in the apex court challenging existence of Lord Rama, former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Prem Kumar Dhumal termed it a part of minority appeasement policy of the government.

“In order to win over the Muslim votes the UPA government went to the extent of hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus,” Lok Sabha MP from Hamirpur Dhumal said.
