This post has gone to the CPI, not big brother CPIM. The VP House has high-profile residents, among them CPIM general secretary Prakash Karat and many Left MPs. But CPI national secretary D Raja was nominated as the president of the VP House Residents8217; Association. Perhaps, being a true resident helps.
