5 New ACP’s posted to Delhi, 10 transferred

NEW DELHI, August 11: Five additional commissioners of police (ACPs) have been posted to Delhi after completing their training. Varsha Ban has been posted to the crime against women cell (north district), Joy N. Tirkey to the operation cell (north-west district), Satyaveer Katara to the district crime cell (north-west district), Sanjay Bhatia to the public grievance cell (north-east district) and Dinesh Gupta to the operation cell (east district).

In a related development, ten ACPs have been transferred. Darshan Singh Sangha has been transferred from the district crime cell to the special task force (STF), Rupinder Kumar from STF to Narela, Shubesh Singh from Kalkaji to Ashok Vihar, Prabhakar from security to Kamla Market and Shankdhar Mishra from traffic to Kalkaji.

Jaipal Singh has been transferred from the south district to crime and railways, Dalchand Yadav from provision and lines to AC branch, R.A. Sanjiv from security to traffic, Ashok Sikka from north district to district crime cell (north) and Vijay Singh Chauhan from licensing to special branch.
