‘Welcome Back’: Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly announce pregnancy after miscarriage

This is Machine Gun Kelly’s second child, after a 15-year-old daughter, Casie. Megan is a mother to three boys, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, whom she shares with her former husband Brian Austin Green.

Fox’s pregnancy comes after her admission of having experienced a miscarriage a year ago. She published a poetry book called, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous,” where she opened up about losing a pregnancy.

In an interview with Good Morning America, she said it was “difficult” for her and Kelly to go through that phase. “I had never been through anything like that before in my life,” said Fox. “I have three kids. So, it was very difficult for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean? And why did this happen?'”

“I just think it was something inside of me that had to come out because it was gonna make me sick,” she added.

Reflecting, counsellor Navedita Singh said that miscarriage could bring an immense sense of grief of having loved and lost a part of oneself. “One way of effectively processing the pain of loss is to find expression in safe spaces, whether through joining a swimming or dance course or creating a journal to pour into. You can also try finding a confidant to share your heart with.” Whatever path you choose, Singh emphasised that creating and finding acceptance within oneself is vital.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly first met on the sets of Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020. Soon, speculations about them dating ran amok following their appearance in the Bloody Valentine music video, which came soon after Fox’s split from her then-husband after a decade-long marriage.

Fox and Kelly later took to social media to announce their engagement in 2022. A video showed him getting down on one knee under a banyan tree. Her unique Toi et Moi engagement ring, with thorns cutting deep into her skin upon removal, grabbed eyeballs and sparked many conversations online.
