Huma Qureshi’s bright pink outfit reminds us of a Barbie doll costume

The hottest pick for B-Town fashionistas is hot pink these days. We are always excited to see how the stars play up the colour and recently Huma Qureshi joined the club of fuchsia stars in her bright pantsuit, reminding us of a Barbie doll costume.

At the Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival, the actor wore a magenta-hued number from H&M and we think she carried the vivid colour with flair. However, stylist Sanjana Batra chose to team up the suit with a blue bodice, which we think failed to blend in with the spirited colour.

Though we like the black sheer detail on the bodice, we wish she would have gone for an all-black camisole. Catch a glimpse of her look here.

Accessorising with Isharya earrings and black pumps from Gianvito Rossi, the actor looked chic. We feel her bright pink lips and cascading curls saved the day, by complementing her outfit well.
