Seeing Beyoncé strutting down the streets of Bushwick (of all places!) during New York Fashion Week was not on anyone’s bingo card for today, but then again, when does Queen Bey ever play by the rules? True to form, she made her grand entrance clad in none other than Gaurav Gupta couture, fresh from the Parisian runway.

This wasn’t the first time the singer-songwriter left audiences awestruck in the Indian couturier’s creations, having donned his designs for her Renaissance tour. Her ability to uplift any look to haute couture status is indisputable, and she arrived at NYFW looking nothing short of spectacular.

At the Luar show to support her nephew (her sister Solange’s son) making his debut as a model, Beyoncé effortlessly rocked a celestial grey embellished blazer dress layered over a matching hooded sheer bodysuit and thigh-high boots. Embracing the cowgirl theme to match the news of her latest singles, she polished off the look with oversized sunglasses, a holographic Luar bag, and, naturally, her trusty cowboy hat.

It turns out this stunning piece hails from Gupta’s latest collection, “Aarohanam,” unveiled at Spring Summer 2024 Paris Couture Week. Gupta’s creations are no strangers to Beyoncé’s wardrobe, with several show-stopping moments featuring the designer’s work.
