ISRO invites applications for scientist/engineer, research associate, deputy/assistant director

The scientist/engineer SD is level 11 of the pay matrix and scientist/engineer SC is level 10 of the pay matrix. There are four vacancies for Scientist/Engineer SD and 57 vacancies for Scientist/Engineer SC.

— For the post of research associate-I, the job location is Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) at Sriharikota. There is only one vacancy and the application window will close on July 25 at 5 pm. The last date for application fee payment is July 26 at 5 pm. The position is temporary and selected candidates will be engaged for three years and it is extendable up to the validity of the project. However, the maximum engagement period is five years. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated payment of Rs 47,000 per month.

— Candidates selected for deputy/assistant director on deputation basis will be working at Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) in Ahmedabad. The last date for submission of applications is August 7. There are a total of four posts for which candidates can apply. The candidate should not be above the age of 56 years.
