TBSE board exam 2025: Tripura Class 12, 10 exams to start on February 24, 25 respectively

Application for TBSE board examinations will continue till January 31, 2025.

The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has announced the dates for Class 12 and 10  board examinations that would begin on February 24 and 25 in 2025 respectively.

The Class 12 examinations would begin with English paper followed by Bangla, Hindi, Kokborok, and Mizo on February 27, said TBSE president Dr Dhananjoy Gon Choudhury.

The examination dates for the remaining subjects are as follows: Chemistry and Political Science on March 1; Business Studies, Education and Physics on March 3; Accountancy, Biology and History on March 5; Mathematics and Philosophy papers on March 7; Economics on March 10; Psychology on March 12; Geography on March 14; Sanskrit, Arabic and Statistics on March 17; Sociology on March 19; Computer Science and Music on March 21 and vocational subjects on March 22.

The Class 10 board examinations would commence with English, followed by Bengali ke Kokborok or Hindi or Mizo subjects on February 28.

The timetable for the remaining papers are: Social Science on March 4; Science on March 8; Mathematics (one basic, another standard) on March 13 and vocational papers (10 subjects) on March 18.

“Application for the board examinations would continue till January 31 next year. Only after that, we can say about the number of candidates who will appear for the examinations. We shall later announce the number of examination centres,” said TBSE chief Choudhury.

Similarly, Madrasa Fazil Arts/Theology examination would be held from February 24 to March 17, while Madrasa Alim examination would begin on February 25 and continue till March 18.

The candidates of Madrasa Alim would appear for English on the first day followed by Language I (Arabic and Bengali) on February 28. The students will appear for Social Science on March 4, Science on March 8, Mathematics on March 13 and Theology on March 18.

The Madrassa Theology examination is scheduled to begin with English on February 24 followed by Bengali on February 27, Islamic Studies on March 1, Islamic History on March 3, Theology on March 5 and Arabic on March 17.

In case of Madrasa Fazil Arts, the examinations would begin with English on February 24, followed by Bengali on February 27, Political Science on March 1, Education on March 3, History on March 5, Philosophy on March 7, Economics on March 10 and Arabic on March 17.
