Nashik Kumbh Mela dates declared

Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad (ABAP) declared dates of "Shahi Snaan" ritual during the 2015-16 Kumbh Mela here last evening.

Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad (ABAP) declared dates of “Shahi Snaan” ritual during the 2015-16 Kumbh Mela here last evening.

Mahant Gyandas of ABAP said that flag-hoisting ceremony will be held at Ram-Kunda here on July 14,2015 and flag-hoisting of Akhara will be held on August 19,2015 at Sadhugram.

First Shahi Snaan will be held on August 29,2015,at Ram Kunda,the second on September 13 and the third on September 18.

Kumbh Mela is held in Nashik every 12 years.
