Church attacked in Karnataka’s Bidar district

Unidentified persons attacked a church at Humnabad taluk in Bidar district at midnight last night and damaged the Holy Cross,police said on Wednesday.

The miscreants entered into the church by breaking the window panes and damaged the furniture in the church hall,they said.

Police immediately rushed to the spot and all efforts were being made to arrest the culprits,they said.

Unidentified persons had vandalised a church and damaged statues of Jesus and Mary at Hebbagodi in Bangalore rural district on September 10.
