Mayawati’s former OSD joins Samajwadi Party

Several Muslims leaders including former Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati today joined Samajwadi Party in the presence of its president Mulayam Singh Yadav.

Besides Sikander Rizvi,former OSD to Mayawati,Chairman Shia Central Waqf Board Wasim Rizvi was among others who joined the SP,its spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said.

Welcoming them in the party fold,Yadav exuded confidence that their presence would strengthen the organisation in the state.
