Baba Ramdev should declare his property: Digvijay

Digvijay Singh also demanded a probe to check if Ramdev possesses black money.

Firing a fresh salvo on Baba Ramdev,Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh said that the Yoga Guru should make public his trust’s property and demanded a probe to check if he possesses black money.

“I again today demand that Ramdev should make public the property of his trust raised by offerings and donations,” Singh told reporters here.

“How come Baba Ramdev,who did not have the money to get the flat tyre of his bicycle repaired about 10 years ago,has now turned the owner of a trust worth Rs 1,100 crore,” the AICC general secretary reasoned.

Taking a jibe at the celebrated Yoga Guru,Singh,the former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister,asked whether Baba had got hold of some Parasmani (magic wand) by which he was turning stone into gold.

He said that a probe should be launched against Ramdev,who from the rooftop is shouting against corruption to find out whether he got black money in form of donations.
