This mini toy train with two bogies which can carry upto forty people is still famous for its short pleasure trips for children, who visit the park especially during vacations. The rides are nominally charged at Rs five for elders and Rs three for children.

“The train was locally made by the workers in PMC workshop. It was completely made locally. Earlier,it used to run on diesel, however, with the energy park,it started chugging on solar power. So far,the engine of the train has been changed twice and its colour changed a few times,” deupty commissioner of PMC Yashwant Khaire said. Though the two bogies have a capacity of forty people, the minimum requirement for the train to operate is ten passengers. There is a lot of scope to upgrade this toy train,Khaire added.
