National Conference leader Omar Abdullah has targeted Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed for alliance with BJP after a self-claimed BJP supporter tweeted communally-inflammatory comments.

“Mufti Syed’s allies call for the mass murder of Muslims. Wah Mufti Sahib, wah… These are Mufti Syed and Jammu and Kashmir PDP’s allies. Amazing how far one can fall for power,” the former Chief Minister wrote in a series of tweets.

Syed is running the government in alliance with BJP.

Omar said the original tweet was deleted “quietly” by the account operator whose profile claims that he is followed by the Prime Minister.
