A mortar shell was recovered from a residential plot during construction activity in Bari Brahamana area.

A mortar shell was on Tuesday recovered from a residential plot during construction activity in Bari Brahamana area of Jammu district thus averting a tragedy.

During construction,some labourers found the mortar shell in Smailpur area of Bari Brahamana,25-kms from here,police officials said.
