Chairing the meeting of the Consultative Committee of MPs in Goa on Monday, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will review the measures taken to bolster the country’s coastal security apparatus, which has been a top priority on the security front since the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack.

The consultative committee comprises 18 members of the Lok Sabha, and 10 members of the Rajya Sabha, along with Ministers of Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi. Ministers of State for Home Kiren Rijiju and Haribhai Chaudhary will also attend the one-day meeting.
