Imarat-e-Shariah calls Delhi Shahi Imam’s decision for not inviting PM Modi ‘immature’

Bihar BJP, which is usually seen attacking Imarat-e-Shariaf on various issues, has welcomed it's stand.

Imarat-e-Shariah, a socio-educational organisation working in Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal, criticised Jama Masjid’s Shahi Imam’s decision for not inviting PM Narendra Modi to his “dastarbandi” programme and called it “immature and wrong”.

Imarat-e-Shariah Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal chief Maulana Nizamuddin said at Phulwarisharif here on Friday, “Not inviting the country’s PM was not expected from Jama Masjid Shahi Imam. It looks childish and wrong not to call PM. Rather, our PM should have been invited first and then the invitation could have been extended to Nawaz Sharif”.

Imarat-e-Shariah Nazim Anisur Rahman Qasmi echoed Maulana Nizamuddin and said “though it is a personal decision to invite or not invite someone at his function, hospitality demanded invitation to PM”.

Bihar BJP, which is usually seen attacking Imarat-e-Shariaf on various issues,  has  welcomed it’s stand.
