Facebook deletes the wrong Subramanian Swamy page

Facebook deleted his official fan page 'Dr Subramanian Swamy' instead of the parody accounts running under his name.

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on December 14 tweeted saying that Facebook “must act” on parody accounts active on the social media site. And Facebook did respond.

They deleted his official fan page ‘Dr Subramanian Swamy’ instead of the parody accounts running under his name.

The most popular among all is “Subramaniam Swamy”, which has 20 thousand likes at the time of writing. The page is still active and has posted a taunting retort in response to Facebook’s action.
