J&K govt has failed to tackle power crises: CPI-M

Accusing Jammu and Kashmir government of failing to tackle grave power crises in Jammu region,CPI-M today demanded adequate electricity supply in view of hot weather conditions.

“The government has totally failed to tackle the grave power crisis in Jammu region where there are long unscheduled power cuts”,CPI-M State Secretary M Y Tarigami said.

He said the power department has failed to tackle transmission and distribution losses and power thefts.
