Documentary on Swachh Bharat Abhiyan to be released on Oct 2

The 'One Home One Toilet' model was adopted and scaled up by the Pune Municipal Corporation, which has built over 20,000 individual toilets in the city.

October 2 marks the second anniversary of the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan, an ambitious national programme that aims to make India open-defecation free by 2019.

To commemorate Gandhi Jayanti on October 2, Shelter Associates, a civil society organisation, will release a short documentary film “Partnering for Change,” which gives a glimpse of the ‘One Home One Toilet’ model and how it is implemented.
