Aung San Suu Kyi meets Sonia Gandhi

Myanmar’s Foreign Minister and State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi on Monday met Congress President Sonia Gandhi at her residence in Delhi. Myanmar’s Foreign Minister drove to the 10, Janpath residence of Gandhi and spent sometime with the Congress President. She is learnt to have discussed the steps for strengthening of Indo-Myanmar ties.

Senior Congress leader Karan Singh was also present at Gandhi’s residence and greeted her along with Gandhi on her arrival.
