A Railway Police Force constable allegedly shot dead his colleague at suburban Nirmal Nagar. Shivram Sharma shot dead his colleague Udyan Singh with his service rifle at their barrack,they said. "Sharma has been arrested and investigations are on to ascertain the motive behind the incident," Deputy Commissioner of police Nisar Tamboli told PTI. Singh was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead,police said.
