With 65.08 per cent voting in Phase 1 and 69.20 per cent voting in Phase 2, the election saw an overall 67.13 per cent voters cast their votes.

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is set to form its government in Bihar again. This year, the BJP has become the largest party in the state in terms of vote share and by number of seats.
