The Mandalorian trailer: The Disney Plus show starts streaming on November 12.
The second trailer of The Mandalorian is out and it promises an engaging and exciting series set in the Star Wars universe. The show follows a bounty hunter played by Pedro Pascal. It has been previously reported that the events of this show are set between Star Wars Episode 6 (Return of the Jedi) and Episode 7 (The Force Awakens).
In the first trailer, we weren’t shown anything with regard to the plot but here, the makers have set up their protagonist without even showing his face. Pedro’s lead character is yet to get introduced to the audience but if this trailer is anything to go by, we know that the series revolves completely around him.

Filmmaker Jon Favreau is the writer and executive producer on this Disney+ series. At the D23 expo, Favreau said, “When I got to know Disney+ would be home to Star Wars, I came in and pitched Kathleen Kennedy a version of a show that took place — after Return of the Jedi, after the revolution, after everybody is done celebrating because the Empire is gone. And then chaos reigns, because there’s no central government in the galaxy, so it degrades into, like the old Samurais and the old Westerns, where the gunfighters are roaming and people are fighting for their own safety and trying to build safe communities. It’s a dangerous world.”
As Favreau explained, the show has a strong essence of a Western movie.
The cast of The Mandalorian also includes Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito, Werner Herzog, Nick Nolte, Emily Swallow, and Omid Abtahi. The Mandalorian starts streaming on Disney+ on November 12.
