Jad Hadid says he has ‘permission to cross the line’ on Temptation Island India: ‘I will go with the flow…’

When asked if he is on the show to find love, Jad Hadid said that he would not stop himself but it’s going to be tough as the women are already in a relationship. “If there were single people, it would have been easier. However, as we are entering as tempters, we would have committed women to woo. It’s only if they have issues in their relationship or want to get into a new one, would they reciprocate my feelings. But this show is about heart and mind, so let’s see what happens,” Jad added.

When asked if his life changed after gaining so much attention from Bigg Boss OTT 2, Jad Hadid said, “I got love as well as hatred from the show. Be it Jiya Shankar’s or Manisha Sharma’s fans, they continue to troll me. But people do not understand what we went through. Thankfully, a bigger amount of people have given me love and I am grateful for that. People like clicking photos with me when I step out and that’s a good feeling.”

Jad shared how he is in constant touch with his friends Pooja Bhatt, Bebika Dhurve, Falaq Naaz and Avinash Sachdev while Abhishek Malhan and Elvish Yadav are also still close to him.

After Bigg Boss OTT, Jad had mentioned how he wanted to take up acting projects. Now that he’s doing another reality show, we wondered if he’s changed his plans. The actor said that he feels with non-fiction shows, he has the opportunity to showcase his many sides, which would help open more doors of opportunity. “Unless people fake it, reality shows is also a way of audition as makers can understand what one can do, and who the real person is,” he added.

On a final note, the Temptation Island India contestant mentioned how his daughter was quite upset about him leaving her alone once again. He shared that she told him she’d not go for ice creams with him again. He added, “Thankfully, with this show I have gotten the permission to call her at regular intervals. So I am hoping she is not too upset.”
