Actor Sudheer Babu, who was last seen in hit film Nannu Dochukunduvate, is now gearing up for the biopic of Indian national badminton coach Pullela Gopichand. On Tuesday, Sudheer took to Twitter to make the announcement. The actor, who is also a badminton player, described the game as his “first girlfriend”. He wrote, “Back to my first girlfriend Badminton . As people say, "First love is always alive"!! Preparation time for Pullela Gopichand (sic).” Sudheer also shared a video from his badminton practice session. Back to my first girlfriend 😜 #Badminton . If sources are to be believed, the biopic will release in two parts. Though the news about the Gopichand biopic broke a long time ago, details regarding the film’s shoot and the remaining cast and crew have not been announced officially yet. Fox Star Studios is bankrolling the project.
