The owner of Chiranjeevi Dhaba posted a video on Instagram with a note that read, “This is to clear the speculations and confusion circulating on social media among the public and Chiranjeevi garu’s fans regarding #ChiranjeeviDhaba. As we all know, the Hyderabad Civil Court issued an injunction order to protect Chiranjeevi garu’s name and image from being misused. Among the notices sent to nearly 50–60 establishments using his name, we also received one.”

It continued, “Like millions of fans, we too are ardent admirers of Mega Star Chiranjeevi garu. Out of love and respect, we started this restaurant using his name, with good intentions and pure admiration. Understandably, he might not have been aware of it earlier, but we firmly believed that once he knew the truth, he would respond positively, and our belief proved absolutely right.”

The note further read, “We met his team personally and explained everything. After understanding that our intentions were genuine and respectful, Chiranjeevi garu graciously gave us his consent to continue running our restaurant as usual. The way he responded, so quickly and so kindly, through his team deeply moved us. We named our restaurant after him to express our admiration, but through his noble gesture, he gave us an even greater reason to feel proud as his fans.”

Raviteja concluded by noting, “There have been rumors that people are getting cases filed or even arrested just for using his name or picture. To all the fans and everyone watching this, we want to say this clearly, as long as we respect his image, reputation, and dignity, there is nothing to fear. The legal action and protection order are only against those who misuse his name or try to tarnish his reputation. Sir, from our hearts we promise you, we will never do anything that would bring disrepute to your name, we will never associate it with liquor bars or any unlawful or inappropriate activity. Thank you, Chiranjeevi garu, for understanding our intentions and giving us permission to continue our business as before. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much, Sir.”
