Pushpa 2 total worldwide box office collection day 53: Allu Arjun’s film continues to dominate, earns Rs 1738 cr

Pushpa 2 box office collection day 53: It is almost two months since Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s film was released on the big screen. After eight weeks, Pushpa 2 continues to rule at the box office and continues its record-breaking streak. On its day 53, the film again saw a spike in earnings only to add to its glorious box office collection. As per industry tracker Sacnilk, Pushpa 2 earned Rs 1 crore on its 8th Sunday. With over 50 percent spike, Pushpa 2’s nett collection in India stands at Rs 1232. 30 crores.

So far, Pushpa 2’s gross India collection has been estimated at Rs 1467.8 crores, worldwide, the film has earned Rs 1738.45 crores, Sacnilk reported. Overseas Pushpa 2 has collected Rs 270.65 crores. During its run at the box office, Pushpa 2 overtook Baahubali 2, as well as KGF 2’s collection, emerging as the highest-grossing Telugu film. Not just that, Pushpa 2 has also become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2024. Now, the film aims to surpass the lifetime worldwide collection of Aamir Khan’s Dangal.

On Republic Day, Pushpa 2 also witnessed an overall occupancy of 28.40 percent. With the film’s reloaded version released earlier this month, it’s box office trajectory has been strong. The reloaded version carries an extra 20 minutes of footage. As for the occupancy, the evening and afternoon shows for Pushpa 2 saw a great response, Hyderabad had the highest occupancy of 68.33 percent, followed by Bengaluru, which had an occupancy of 54.50 percent. In Pune, the film’s occupancy was 48.75 percent, while in Mumbai, it was 32 percent. With 99 shows, Delhi NCR had an occupancy of 24 percent.

Pushpa 2, directed by Sukumar and produced by Sukumar Writings and Mythri Movie Makers, was released in theaters on 5th December 2024. The reloaded version was released on the big screens on 17th January 2025. After the roaring success of Pushpa 2, fans are excited for Pushpa 3, and the film has already been announced.
