Pushpa 2 box office collection Day 24: Allu Arjun‘s Pushpa 2: The Rule continues its unstoppable run even in its fourth week, achieving remarkable box office milestones. The film witnessed a sharp 42 per cent jump in its Saturday collections, minting Rs 12.5 crore, according to Sacnilk. This has elevated its total domestic collection to an impressive Rs 1141.35 crore.
The Hindi version of Pushpa 2 has played a significant role in boosting its weekend collections with an estimated Rs 741.15 crore earned so far. The Telugu version follows closely with Rs 322.23 crore, while the Tamil version has contributed Rs 56.3 crore over the past 24 days. Meanwhile, the Kannada and Malayalam versions accounted for Rs 7.57 crore and Rs 14.1 crore, respectively.
The success of Pushpa 2 is a testament to Allu Arjun’s star power and the widespread appeal of Sukumar’s direction. The film’s gripping narrative, coupled with stellar performances by Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, who reprise their roles as Pushpa Raj, Srivalli, and Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, respectively, has struck a chord with audiences nationwide.
However, the triumph of Pushpa 2 has not been without controversy. Allu Arjun recently made a virtual appearance at Nampally Court in connection with the ongoing stampede case. The tragic incident occurred at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad during a special screening of the film, resulting in the death of a woman and leaving her son critically injured. Allu Arjun was reportedly present at the venue when the stampede unfolded.
