Priyanka Arul Mohan teams up with Pawan Kalyan for OG

Priyanka Arul Mohan has only done a handful of films in Tamil and Telugu, but she already commands a huge fan following in both Tamil Nadu and Telugu-speaking states. Now, she is moving on to the next level in her career with Pawan Kalyan‘s OG. Priyanka is paired opposite ‘Powerstar’ in the film, directed by Sujeeth of Saaho fame.

The production house of the film, DVV Entertainment took to Twitter to announce the new cast member. Priyanka tweeted, “Thrilled to be a part of the OG family! A power-packed entertainer is coming your way.”

For Priyanka Arul Mohan, who made her debut in Telugu with Nani’s Gang Leader, OG marks her third film in Telugu. She was last seen in Sivakarthikeyan’s Don, a blockbuster college drama. Other than OG, the actor is also part of Dhanush’s Captain Miller and Rajesh M Selva’s untitled film.

Meanwhile, OG is already on the floors. Pawan Kalyan joined the sets of the film on Tuesday. If OG also ends up as a box office success, it would be a hat-trick of hits for Pawan Kalyan after Vakeel Saab (remake of Pink) and Bheemla Nayak (remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum).

OG will have music by S Thaman. Other cast details of the film are still under wraps.

Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan also has Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, and another untitled project in different stages of production.
